THOMAS A. “TOMMY” THOMPSON
PROJECT MANAGER / PROPERTY MANAGER / ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION AGENT

Mr. Thompson has over 35 years in the private sector managing properties, leaseholds for shopping centers, office parks and as a developer of four projects in the city of El Reno. He has over three years of experience working as an acquisition agent for ODOT.

In addition Mr. Thompson has 35 years of experience working with municipalities and planning commissions in various cities.

Mr. Thompson has completed all required courses for the designation of RW-RAC and relocation agent as prescribed by the IRWA. After successfully completing his final course in August, Mr. Thompson will have all educational requirements for the S.R.W.A. designation and plans to take the final exam this fall. Property Acquisition Services, L.L.C. is not only committed to our work, we are also committed to ongoing education. Mr. Thompson will be the company representative your agency.

RICKY D. CLABORN
PROJECT MANAGER – UTILITY RELOCATION / ACQUISITION AGENT

Mr. Claborn has 30 years of experience in this field, including five years as Head of the Right of Way Department for KAMO Power. He has over three years of work experience with ODOT as a Utility Relocation Coordinator and Acquisition Agent.

Mr. Claborn brings experience, engineering and the background to provide a positive impact to the Property Acquisition Services, L.L.C. team.

THOMAS JOT HARTLEY
MANAGER / ATTORNEY / ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION AGENT

Mr. Hartley has over 35 years experience in the field of law and has been directly responsible for the acquisition of over 800 parcels of land. He has been involved in the redevelopment of downtown Tulsa and his wealth of experience will be utilized as needed. Mr. Hartley is also an experienced Title Examiner and will assist Property Acquisition Services in that area as well.

His clients include KAMO, THE GRAND RIVER DAM AUTHORITY, THE TULSA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION and THE OKLAHOMA TURNPIKE AUTHORITY.

MICHELLE THOMPSON, S.R.W.A., RELOCATION/ACQUISITION
PROJECT MANAGER

Michelle Thompson has an impressive background in project management, relocation and acquisition. She currently is qualified as a Project Manager in the states of Texas, Utah, Arizona, New Jersey and Oklahoma.

Michelle was the Project Manager on the E. Chandler Blvd. and S. Arizona Ave. relocation project in Chandler, Arizona. She successfully completed relocation of several businesses for the City of Chandler including a restaurant, tire store, gas station and property owned by the City of Chandler.

Michelle was the Project Manager for the Draper and Riverton project in Utah. This project included reconstructing a six-mile section of urban arterial to address capacity and safety issues.

Michelle will be responsible for this project. Her responsibilities will be to regularly update your agency on the actions underway. She will meet with your agency on a regular basis and will be available to meet with any agency representative or any other project representative as needed.

Ms. Thompson will be responsible for maintaining a complete status report for all of your agency’s activities including but not limited to schedules and actual dates of key events. She will provide status reports on a monthly basis or as requested by your agency.

MELISSA EVANS
OFFICE MANAGER
RELOCATION/ACQUISITION

Mrs. Evans is familiar with all types of reporting for various agencies. She is responsible for all financial aspects such as accounts receivable and payable, client billing and payroll. She will assist Ms. Thompson in scheduling and reporting and generating all necessary reports. Mrs. Evans is also proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and Quickbooks. Mrs. Evans is a valuable team member.

JENNIFER LUMMUS
OFFICE ASSISTANT AND RECEPTIONIST

Ms. Lummus has been with Property Acquisition Services for over two years. Ms. Lummus will assist Mrs. Evans with operations and will serve as the receptionist for the company. It will be her responsibility to keep the field operations personnel informed of any information regarding your agency.
